Check Your Scheduled Messages

One great feature at SMSGlobal is the ability to schedule messages. This will allow you to enter a message to send to a number, contact, group, list or merge, and have it send at a later date. This can be done at the "Send Message" page.

Once you have scheduled your messages, it's very easy to see a report of the scheduled messages, waiting to go out. The steps below will show you.

  1. Go to Outgoing SMS Report
  2. Selcting Scheduled Report
  3. Viewing Scheduled Messages

Step 1.

On the left hand menu, click on "Outgoing SMS Report".

Step 2.

At this screen it is possible to view your outgoing messages, based on all different search criteria. This is also where you can view your outgoing scheduled messages. To do this, click on the drop down next to "Show report from" and select the "Schedule" option, then click "View".

Step 3.

You can now see a list of all your schuduled messages. The messages are ordered from latest to be sent out to earliest. Like with the outgoing SMS report, you will be able to see the time the message is meant to go out, the sender ID, the destination, the name of the person if they are in your phonebook and the message. You are also able to deleted selected messages or delete all scheduled messages from this screen, using the buttons at the bottom.

Note: If the sender ID is "reply2carl", this indicates that the message is being sent out as a "Reply to Email".
