How do I set up my SMSGlobal account on Zapier?
- 1. Log in to your Zapier account
- 2. Navigate to "My Apps" in the side menu, and click on "Connect a new account..."
- 3. Search for "SMSGlobal" and select SMSGlobal
- 4. A pop-up will appear; use your REST API credentials to connect your SMSGlobal account to Zapier.

How do I create a Zap with SMSGlobal?
- 1. Ensure your account with Zapier, SMSGlobal, and chosen applications have been set up correctly and are functional
- 2. Once logged into your Zapier account, click “Make A Zap."
- 3. In the “When this happens…" section, select the application and event as the trigger
- 4. In the “Do this…" section, select the application and event as the action
- 5. Test the Zap, and then it is ready to go live.

Must I use a Zap template when integrating with SMSGlobal?
No. You don't have to use a Zap template, you can create your own Zaps using the Zap Editor. Input unique triggers and actions that are specific to your integration needs.
Templates are available to showcase how SMS can be utilised across many different platforms and provide popular use cases for convenience.

Can a Zapier workflow be activated by existing data?
No. Zapier is a tool that automates actions based on events. While existing data can be used within an action (e.g. a contact’s name), it cannot activate a Zap workflow. Only a new event can activate a Zap to trigger an action.

How do I remove connected accounts on Zapier?
Simply and securely remove your connected accounts from Zapier with these steps:
- 1. Log in to your Zapier account
- 2. Navigate to My Apps in the side menu.
- 3. Under My Connections, you will see a list of connected accounts. Select Disconnect to remove the chosen application.
- 4. Confirm the disconnection and removal of the account.
Keep in mind, any accounts that are removed or deactivated will also disable related Zaps. To view all completed tasks on Zapier, head to Task History.
