Enhancing efficiency for APIs and integrations
With new developments at SMSGlobal, integrations hosted on selected domains will be moved to new IP addresses. To avoid disruption to your service, you will need to update it by the provisional date.
You will receive reminders from SMSGlobal and get notified as we approach 29th of June 2020 the official service update date.
IP addresses hosted on the following domains will be updated:
api.smsglobal.com
www.smsglobal.com
If you use SMSGlobal integrations hosted on these domains and have added a white-listed IP address to your firewall, then you will need to modify your firewall to use the new IP address.
If you are currently using www.smsglobal.com.au to host SMSGlobal integrations, you will need to switch to one of the above mentioned domains before ensuring your firewall is updated with the new IP address of your used API.
Custom portals and VPNs will also be affected. Your account manager will be in contact regarding any changes.
