- Click on the Send SMS tab
- Select from the following options:
- Send Individual SMS
- Send Scheduled SMS
- Choose the virtual number you wish to send from (if a virtual number is not selected, the SMS will be sent from a shared virtual number)
- Select the intended recipient(s)
- Ensure contact details have been entered correctly with a valid mobile number in the Mobile Phone field
- Compose your message
- If you wish to schedule the message, input the date and time. If you wish to send now, leave the Schedule fields blank.
- Click Send SMS.
