SMS is the most reliable channel

Confirming what we’ve suspected all along, direct debit company Ezypay recently released findings of a survey showing that 86% of respondents had changed their mobile number once or never. What these research results tell us is that communicating via mobile means is actually more reliable than through any other communication medium – print, landline, email – all of which are examples which have a much higher likelihood of change.
